Homeopathy - for optimum health in sport
Sport is mainly rhythmic
movement, an activity of the body in competitive
and non-competitive games. The popularity of most
sports has grown now that the media have made it
possible to follow these activities taking place
all over the world. For most people leisure time
is sport time. Apart from team games like football
or cricket there are athletes such as sprinters
and ice skaters who could be considered physical
artists. Gymnastics and icedancing are the best
example of this type of sport that is aesthetically
pleasing for the spectators.
Every kind of sport performed
professionally needs great concentration and precision.
The body, mind and emotions are in harmony when
performing to the peak of perfection. This prevents
false movements, which may cause injury.
Homeopathy supports optimum
health in sport, which in turn helps the athlete
to achieve equilibrium of body and mind. Homeopathic
remedies can be of use at the moment of injury
as First Aid and also for long- term injuries
that cause complications such as stiffening of
joints and enduring pain. A single remedy, which
is selected after a personal interview with the
individual concerned, can often enable athletes
to perform with equilibrium and harmony preventing
every kind of injury. Winning and Losing with
Grace!
